NJ Division of Addiction Services (DAS) funded this community grant initiative reducing high risk and underage drinking. CTI is funded to establish a local well trained, cohesive community coalition, in each target community representing multiple sectors to focus on the prevention of alcohol and drug addiction and related problems.
